Email Signature Generator

1. Click Copy signature (paste into email) above.
2. In Gmail, click the gear icon → See all settings.
3. Scroll to the Signature section and click Create new.
4. Click into the editor and paste (Cmd+V on Mac, Ctrl+V on Windows).
5. Set it as the default for New emails and Reply/forward.
6. Click Save Changes at the bottom.

No. The photo is encoded as a base64 data URL inside the HTML signature — it never leaves your browser during generation. When you send an email with this signature, the photo travels with the email body. Some providers (Gmail) may transparently rehost embedded images on their CDN.

The generator itself sends nothing to a server.

Email clients render HTML differently — they often strip external stylesheets, web fonts, and complex CSS selectors. The generator uses inline styles with safe properties (px-based sizing, web-safe fonts, no flexbox in older Outlook builds) to maximise compatibility.
